We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or receive a store credit.

Internationally sent gifts

If your purchase was made as a personal gift for someone living internationally, you are responsible for all freight, customs clearances, and payments for the items being returned. Custom-made products cannot be returned.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at sales@memories-in-craft.com.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 24hrs to let you know your order is on the way!

Store Pickup

Unit 60/59A Castle Street, Castle Hill NSW 2154. Orders can be picked up daily, from 8:30am - 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Local delivery is available for addresses within NSW. Local delivery cost is calculated during checkout. Orders placed before 1pm during store hours (8:30am - 5pm) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be dispatched the next business day.

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using Australia Post (delivery standard 2-5 business days). Flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 applies. We do not ship outside of Australia currently.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over $60. You will be presented with multiple shipping options at checkout.
