STORE PICKUP

Unit 60/59A Castle Street, Castle Hill NSW 2154, Orders can be picked up daily, from 8:30am – 5pm An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.  

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within [NSW]. local delivery cost is calculated during checkout; your shipping options will be displayed at the check before you complete your transaction. Orders placed before 1pm during store hours [insert store hours] will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be dispatched the next business day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within [timeframe] using [your shipping provider i.e. Australia Post's delivery standard is 2 - 5 business days]. Flat rate shipping fee of [$15.00] applies. Shipping Area’s: We do not ship outside of AUSTRALIA currently.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We have free shipping for orders over $70. You will be presented with multiple shipping options, listing our 3 carriers’ options, prices, and delivery times will also be displayed with those options.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@memories-in-craft.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Internationally Sent Gift

If your purchase was made as a personal gift, for a family member or friend living internationally, you are responsible for all freight & custom clearances & payments, for the item/s being returned, Unfortunately custom made products cannot be returned.
